3. Confirm & Order
Once you approve the design and price, place your order here. Only then do we start crafting — your piece is made for you, not pulled from a shelf.
4. Handcrafted & Shipped
Most custom pieces ship in 2–4 weeks. We’ll send you photos when it’s done, then pack it carefully and send it on its way.

Most custom pieces take 2–4 weeks from design confirmation to shipping, depending on complexity and our current order queue. We’ll give you an exact timeline when we confirm your design.
Can I customize an existing POP CUIR product? +
Yes. Most of our existing designs can be personalized — different leather, thread color, hardware finish, or sizing adjustments. Tell us which product you love and what you’d like changed, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I return a custom order? +
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once crafting begins. That’s why we confirm every detail with you first — if anything arrives damaged or not as agreed, we’ll make it right.
