Order Modifications or Cancellations
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to contact us at service@popcuir.com to request order modifications, address changes, or cancellations.
If the 24-hour window has passed, your order may already be on its way.
How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
Contact our customer service team at service@popcuir.com to request approval.
After receiving your return/exchange, we will process it within 5 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size or preference) may require you to cover shipping costs.
Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your package.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
We will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide solutions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with obvious signs of wear or use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is delivered, refunds are typically processed within 5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
If your refund is delayed, please check your account or contact your bank/payment provider.
