Delivery Options
Shipping is available to Europe and North America, except for dependent territories and overseas islands. You can choose Express Delivery or Standard Delivery.
Note:
During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
Order Processing
At POP CUIR, every leather piece is made with care, time, and intention.

In-stock items
are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-order pieces
Most simple small leather goods are handcrafted and ready to ship within one week.

Complex or artisanal pieces
Items involving advanced techniques, detailed leather carving, or extensive handwork may require one month or longer to complete.
The estimated production time for each item is clearly stated on the product detail page.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Where We Deliver
We offer worldwide delivery to most countries and regions.
Delivery Restrictions:
At this time, we are unable to ship to:
- Remote islands
- Overseas territories
- Military addresses (such as APO/FPO/DPO)

How Can I Track My Order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.
Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. You will also be able to track your order in your account.

Tax and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a DDP basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
